What I got out of it mostly, was that the women have stronger witching abilities all around. Bet the men are physically stronger then the women, though. And they just must have some compensating gifts to counter-balance the distribution of the powers between the two groups. If so, wonder what it is, and if not, I'll be disappointed.
From what we've seen of Zauberbiests and Hexenbiests (specifically Adalind) I would say that Zauberbiests possess an intelligence that Hexenbiests do not. Hexens are very self-centered--and by "self" I mean themselves and their offspring. They'll do whatever they need to get what they want, but without really any regard for others or for side effects. Zaubers are more adept at playing others in a political way and able to see past their immediate needs and make plays that work for them in the long run.
Otherwise, I'm not sure what the advantage of being a Zauberbiest is. They don't actually appear to be any stronger in woge form than hexenbiests and they don't seem to be as "magical."
