I always thought this guy was a good actor ever since he played Miguel Alvarez on Oz. I haven't really seen him in much since then except a Jamie Foxx movie titled Bait.
I guess the CW may start getting former HBO actors since they've already plunged Showtime, particularly Spartacus.
