I don't have a lot of faith in the Grimm writers given the way they have failed to develop storylines that had a lot of potential. From the Royals, the keys, Trubel and BC. The conclusion was somewhat underwhelming. Even now they seem to be stretching these 13 episodes too thin. The finale may turn out to be pretty normal, nothing really over the top or unexpected, a few deaths here and there y'know.
Whereas we really want this epic, unforgettable finale that ties in with the rest of the show from the first season. So here's to hoping they put their weight behind the finale and deliver something really good.

BC may have ended with Meisner helping Sean kill the two BC henchmen, but that would be too easy to eliminate the BC threat, imo. If Trubel comes back at the request of Nick, with some HW troops, they could defeat the HW permanently, especially if the daunted evil coming their way is a HW general. That could be the tie-in with the mystery of the stick and the cloth - an epic battle between forces of good and evil. But realistically speaking it's a bridge too far to expect something like that because it would be too hard to organize and transfer to the screen.

We're supposed to be seeing some old characters at the end, so maybe the specters of Grimm Kelly and Aunt Marie will make cameo appearances, kind of a call from beyond thing. Add to that the ghost of Meisner and you have an ectoplasmic party worth of Ghostbusters, haha.

But I have no objection to seeing Mia Gaudot and Farley Holt come to town, hope I didn't disremember the David G interview in which I thought he said something that made it seems like we should expect a big and bittersweet ending.
