RE: Eve Adalind - FaceInTheCrowd - 01-05-2017

Nick and Adalind were not lovers, friends or even allies during S04. As far as Nick was concerned at that time, Adalind was just the inconvenient warm body carrying his unborn son. If not for the baby, he would have been content to let Juliette keep dropping statues on Adalind's head. So it's not all that surprising that they didn't spend a lot of time talking about much of anything.

So are you saying Adalind already told Nick and Juliette that she spilled the beans to Viktor?

Nick already had information about Viktor from another source. Sean had meet with Viktor and Adalind and promised to help find Kelly and he told Nick. Sean would give old Kelly information to Viktor to seem helpful but be not helpful.

Adalind did not say she confirmed Viktor's theory to Nick but Juliette and Nick could have inferred it after Juliette and Adalind fought. Adalind was there when Sean and Viktor meet. She could have inferred that Sean would have told Nick.

Nick could piece together a lot of things, I agree.

What I was thinking about was when Kenneth told Adalind about how valuable Juliette might be, she would know a lot of things about Nick and where Diana might be. If Adalind had told Nick right away, he might have been able to save Kelly's life and prevent Diana from being taken.

RE: Eve Adalind - Darlee - 01-05-2017

I say that Adalind should have told Nick that the royals was going to use Juliette to get to Mama Kelly. When Kenneth told Adalind that he plans to do that then Adalind had said that Juliette will never betray Nick. That is when Kenneth decide to throw Adalind under the bus. So, at the police station since Juliette already knew about the pregnancy then that means that Kenneth has spoken with her. Adalind should have warn Nick of Kenneth plans as soon as Juliette left the station.

Absolutely. Instead she offers them the suppression potion, which was the biggest waste of time.

At that point in time, it seems Adalind really did not want Diana back. She instead opted for Nick to protect here, which again makes the suppression potion idea ridiculous.

Adalind only know that Ken wanted to talk to Juliette to betray/get information from Nick she did not know any details about Mama Kelly or how.

Yes, I say that Adalind should have told Nick that the royals was going to use Juliette but that could have backfired since Nick and Sean were not believing anything she said despite it being true.

Kenneth is on the phone with the King when Adalind comes into the room. Kenneth asks her if she has something she wants to say to the King, but she shakes her head. After Kenneth hangs up, Adalind asks if the King is going to kill Renard, and Kenneth asks if that upsets her since he is the father of one of her children. Adalind asks if anyone actually cares what she thinks, and he tells her no. Kenneth then tells her that Juliette got arrested after attacking people at a bar, and Adalind says that means she is starting to accept becoming a Hexenbiest. Kenneth says this could be the opportunity they've been looking for since Juliette knows all about Nick, including his mother, and therefore where Diana could be. Adalind says there is no way that Juliette would betray Nick, and Kenneth says, "It's surprising how quickly betrayal becomes a viable option, given the right circumstances." Adalind asks which right circumstances, and Kenneth tells her that he knows the father of her unborn baby is Nick. Kenneth asks what will Juliette do when she finds out that she and Nick are having a love child, and Adalind says, "You wouldn't." Kenneth responds, "Given the right circumstances." Adalind says she is the mother of the child he wants, but Kenneth replies, "It's surprising how quickly betrayal becomes a viable option," and leaves.

But Adalind did know that they want to use Juliette to get to Mama Kelly. That is why she try to kidnap her the first time only to find out that she is a hexenbeist now. You say that they were not believing anything she says but yet they believe that Nick is the father and that the suppressant will work. They never ask her to take that but she did it herself to prove it would work.

Nick thought it might be possible he was the father and he wanted Rosalee opinion on the suppressant. He make it clear he could not promise her anything, he is taking her to Rosalee.

Nick tells her he'll take her to Rosalee, but he doesn't know if she'll help.

Kelly took Diana but she could have given her to the resistance or what ever. Adalind only know royals wanted information from Nick about it and not that they were going to contact Kelly.

Ok, so she try to kidnap Juliette to get Nick cooperation but is this not saying that Adalind knew what Kenneth plans were concerning Juliette and that seeing her out of jail means Kenneth got to her. She could have discuss Mama Kelly and Kenneth plans to Nick on the way to the spice shop. They probably would not have believe her but by telling them she was risking not getting her child back. That is probably why they should believe her about that.

Why wouldn't they believe Adalind, especially after Juliette came in and threatened her?
