If I remember correctly they did it back in S3 as well. Ever since Comcast bought them that whole family of channels, especially the SyFy channel, have gone straight into the shitter!! These lame ass scheduling decisions and programming changes by NBC are really beginning to hack me off!!
Just tweeted the Grimm Writers and asked them a simple question. Is NBC TRYING to kill the show?

I think the schedule was changed to eliminate the break that was scheduled in March.

Hmmm... this might not be good for the show. This could be telling. I mean, they've already pushed an episode back with Black Friday. Now, they're delaying it again?
