What Happened to the Key? - HairyMary - 12-09-2015

.

My two favourite American shows are Person of Interest and Grimm.

I absolutely love Heart Grimm. Best show on Australian tv at present.

Good dry humour on occasion and an interesting engaging storyline.

Look forward to it each week.

1) But the constant hiatus breaks every few weeks are annoying. Angry Why is that? Some sort of strange scheduling on the USA channels.

2) I wonder what has happened to the mystery map key?

Shown a lot in the early episodes and still shown on the opening introduction.

But not mentioned in quite a long time.

Wonder if they have forgotten about this storyline.

Or did they explain it and I missed it somehow?

Can anyone enlighten me on either or both questions please.

Hi there! To answer your questions...

1. I honestly don't know. Apparently shows these days take a week off during Thanksgiving, and they only get through like the first two weeks of December before they go on winter break. But I don't really know. Grimm won't return until January 22nd which will be extremely torturous.

2. They haven't forgotten the Keys. This season they are going to explain them. In fact, three episodes are named "Map of the Seven Knights", "Key Move", and "Into the Schwarzwald", all very Key-centric. "Into the Schwarzwald" is the shows 100th episode and it is then that we will learn what the Keys lead to.

Hope this helps!

@Fuchsbauer is correct on the three episodes that should put the key question to bed. As for the season long off time Christmas is a big deal here with a lot of shopping going on in Dec, than college football and the NFL playoff also a be deal. Most all the main series take this time out but of course that statement and 5 dollars will get you a cup of coffee. Might be as simple that networks want to give the staff time off before they get back to filming. All guess work.
