Catherine Schade says it has to Sean but never explains why. Some posters believe it had to be a Prince.
But there may be a way to reverse what she's done to Juliette.

Someone pointed out correctly that in the potion to remove the side effects Rosalee only put Nick blood in Juliette cup not in Sean. That always bring up the question would Nick blood have had somewhat the same effect on the zbiest as it did on Adalind when he took her powers.
