Nick, sick of how life as a Grimm has turned out, barricades himself in the bedroom and sticks a gun in his mouth. The rest of the season is about Bud trying to start a cooking show for early morning television.

what with Nick's luck the gun misfires and Bud burns out the kitchen in the first show.
After watching the season end again I believe it answers who owned the house in around about way. The scene with Juliette and Nick, Nick says get out she says do you think it's going end this way? (all paraphrasing) If it was Juliette's why would Nick think he could order her out he would have said I'm moving out. If it was hers why wouldn't she have said something like this is my house why would I leave and by the way it's not going to end this way. Juliette moved in with Nick. But believe it or not I have been wrong. I only put this in because some posts went back and forth on who owned the house. Not that's it all that important.

When Juliette is trying to remember Nick during season 2, she ends up sleeping upstairs. He sleeps on the couch, mentions something about not being able to do that after a while, and then eventually moves in with Monroe. I wuouldnt think Nick would have done that if it was his house. When Juliette regains her memories of Nick, she asks him to come back, also unusual if it was his house. I thought Hank also said something about it being Juliette's house.
I don't know the laws in Oregon, but here, the only way Nick could get the house is if he was listed as one of the owners. That could very well be since he planned on marrying Juliette. What an episode that would have made if Juliette never added Nick as an owner, and he was forced to move. I see him keeping the house for a while, but living in it alone. I can't see Trubel or Adalind moving in with him, that doesn't mesh with the new, darker Nick.
The best way to frustrate a cyberbully is to ignore him.

I agree could well be like you said maybe the house was in both names. I always thought the first memory she lock in was the move in, from the look of boxes looked to me both were moving at the same time, and when she walked over to the refig. Nick said we are going to have to put more than beer in there. I took that statement to mean they were both moving in.
Nick could have been a gentleman that's why he moved out and used the couch. I do see (Chavez question who or what's her role) the two women live there and Nick moves in what Hank. Trubel would need a place and Nick would trust her to protect Adalind. Also Trubel could be Nick's eyes on Alalind. We will most likely never know as in a way doesn't add to anything important. Lou had and good answer kind of a joke in this post if haven't read it go back and read. He has good posts and a good sense of humor.

Come to think of it, would a gun actually work? I'm not 100% versed on the powers and abilities of a Grimm, so maybe Nick could end up surviving his own suicide attempt.
