A lot of those contracts won't allow actor's to appear in other TV show's outside of their current network they're contracted with. So, Kelly is definitely gone.
So, is there something somewhere that states she has definitely left the series? The reason I ask is that it can't always be assumed that because an actor is working on one series, they cannot appear on another series. I've seen it happen with several of the regulars on Bones.
You can look on her IMDb page. It's states that she's on a show called Limitless. It's a psychological cop drama. It's a TV movie working its way to a series.
I did and I saw that. But I didn't see anything about her quitting Grimm, which there usually is if an actor is definitely through with the series. Did I miss it?
I'm afraid I can't remember exactly where it was, but Mary Mastrantonio gave an interview just after the end of S3 where she stated she had absolutely no interest in appearing on Grimm again. She didn't say why exactly but it sounded pretty emphatic. Think there must have been some kind of dispute there. Too bad. She was by far the most talented actress on the show. Not that the others are bad, she was just a cut above the rest.
