The answer depends on whatever person reads into those phrases, so it's subjective and unanswerable (or answerable with infinite answers).
In regard to your second question, there are a number of references that Nymeria is leading a pack of wolves in the Riverlands. However, that's the last we heard of her. (I'm assuming you meant Nymeria the Direwolf and not the dead Dornish warrior queen).
