Although Adalind showed just as much powerful kinetic energy when she busted the windows out of the police cars in season 3. In H2H combat both got good hits in and both were bleeding afterwards.During the fight at the house it was not even close. Juliette through Adalind all over the house. Adalind got in one good throw that was when she throw Juliette up the stairs. It was Adalind that ran off in terror.
When it comes to Adalind we just don't see her use her powers much. However she has shown so pretty powerful telekinetic abilities.
As for accuracy in telekinetic ability. Adalind has always had to work at moving things. Juliette, Eve and Diana move thing with ease and accuracy. To showcase Eve ability for control that had her doing push up. Also the way she unlocks and open doors with ease. They also let Diana juggle jars to show her abilities. With Adalind she had to work to get the phone to move to show Nick her powers. Compared to Eve with Marwan it was no effort for her to grab the phone. Juliette while in jail was crushing bugs with her mind for fun. Just like Diana bounced Grossante all around the room with a slight wave of her hand and no sign of effort.
As far as Adalind using her powers. The first time anyone should they had the abilities other then spells was when Adalind hit Sean in the head while gathering Juliette hair to make the transformation potion. The writers may not have intended for hexenbiest to be magical. That is why magic did not show up til the end of season 3. That would explain why Adalind did not use any powers when fighting Nick. or Adalind's mother did not use powers against Kelly.
Adalind throws a vase at Juilette head
Juilette stops the vase and throws it at Adalind
Adalind Dodges the vase
Juilette pushes Adalind across the room
Adalind jumps back up and drop kick Juilette and proceed to slap her on the floor
Juilette pushes Adalind off her to the ceiling
Adalind dodges Juieltte swinging a lamp at her than pushes her into the stairs
Juilette grabs Adalind a throws her across the dining room table
So Adalind got 3 hits off if Juilette while Juilette got 3/4 hits. I didn't count the misses.
At this point Juilette begins to use her Telekinetic powers
Juilette makes stuff fall out of the cabinets
she then procceds to thow Knifes at Adalind in which Adalind dodges
Juilette lightly pushes her into a pole in the front of the house before Adalind leaves

So for the most part prior to Juilette using her Telekinesis Adalind and Eve were even in the fight.
Also Adalind doesn't have a hard time with controlling her Telekinesis. When she gained her powers back the first time she easily moved the cup to her unwoged and the second time during her meeting with Renard she did the same thing in the coffee shop in season 5. Not to mention both times she used her telekinetic ability to the vase at Renards head in season 5 and Lock the door she did it with ease. We also know for a fact she can use her telekinetic ability without the use of her hands when she Broke Tony's fingers and throw the vase at Renards head in season 3. Not to mention when she blew up the lights when she was getting her powers back in season 3.
Like I said during that fight they were even until Juilette used her Telekinesis to throw Adalind off her game. Because up to that point both were throwing each other across the room and dodging each other attacks.
