LBB is obviously of importance to the Royal's. From what Kelly has told Nick about her and from King Frederich's very clear warning to Victor this is well established.
There may be some prophecy about her, the Kings' warning was pretty clear and dire, but I don't think the prophecy is the artifact hidden by the 7 Grimm knights. If there is a prophecy, I think it will be another issue altogether. It may have come from Stefania, but that is not certain.
My thought is that the prophecy may say that if LBB is raised as a Royal she will be the key to their return to power. If she is raised by their enemies she will become their nemesis. The latter is strongly implied by the kings' statement to Victor. But none of that is applicable to all children of royal blood which is what the show implies, that any child of royal blood would be very valuable.
As Starfury stated, there has to be something about royal blood that we don't know yet. It may also be that JK and the others were intentionally misleading the fans at Comic-Con. Possible, if revealing the info is very critical to the future story line.
Also, during the 4th Crusade in the 14th century, Constantinople was still held by the remnants of the Byzantine Empire. It would not fall to the Muslim Turks until 1453. So no Middle Eastern royal family would have been involved.
