It's funny you should mention the whole amnesia episode. I started watching Grimm during that season and almost gave up on it. As I think someone mentioned, next to Mulder's sister, it was one of the most tedious storylines I've seen. The only reason I suggested Renard is that (unlike Nick), he at least is willing to see Juliette for what she is and actually tries to help her. Nick merely tries to fix her, I never see him lifting a finger to really help her.
To the contrary, Nick was trying to help Juliette all the time; he just made the error of not accepting her as a Hexenbiest. Nick wanted to help the "human" Juliette, but he couldn't bring himself to embrace Hex-Juliette. (Refusing to kiss her, being unable to sleep in the same bed with her, etc.) If Nick had made it clear to Juliette he'd remain by her side even in the worst-case scenario that her condition was incurable, it's perfectly possible she wouldn't have allowed her new evil impulses to override her common sense.

I don't know if that would work in connection with the Scooby gang or maybe as izzy suggested, it could be a new storyline where Juliette finds another Grimm and works with the Grimm to fight the evil wesen.
I guess I'm just sick of the pessimism directed towards Juliette (or more specifically, Juliette and Nick's relationship). I came across a TV Fanatic roundtable discussion online where all the participants were in agreement that they were glad Juliette was apparently dead, which I find a little off-putting. Everyone seems to have forgotten the moment when Juliette said "You know how much I love you, right?", just before she woged for the first time in front of Nick.
Simply put: Nick screwed up, and so did Juliette. As soon as they've both come to terms with this, I honestly think their romance can be resumed. Maybe it'll be a little darker and edgier than it was before (because, let's face it, Kelly's still dead), but if Juliette can learn to apologize, I don't see why there shouldn't be any hope.
And yeah, it would be great if Juliette at least partly found her way back to her old self. Both Hexenbiests and Zauberbiests have been portrayed as consistently treacherous characters by nature, and I'd love one of season 5's themes to be about learning to overcome one's nature for the sake of friends and family.
