Adalind sees Rosalee as her best friend and tells her that. Nick is the one telling the group to exclude Adalind not Rosalee or Eve/Juliette. I think that he believes he is protecting her and the kids when that is not true. At this point the kids are in danger and he needs tell her and even Sean needs to know about the mirror risk. IMO based on the upcoming pictures for the next 2 shows that should be coming up.
Women characters do not have to be having sex with the lead to be important to the story.
