I don't recall a thread on this, so I thought I would start one. Why aren't there any pets in Grimm? We often see scenes of normal life in Grimm, yet none of the characters has a pet.
All the vets I've taken my cats to have pets. Their techs and assistants have pets. It's pretty much a given since they love animals. Yet Juliette owned no pets and Nick, who's the guy next door, never talks about even owning a gerbil.
How would pets act with a wesen? Would a dog freak out or would it be able to sense the human side? What about a Grimm? Would an animal see the same thing in Nick's eyes that a wesen does?

The best way to frustrate a cyberbully is to ignore him.
