This outburst, along with Eve's talk with Diana earlier in the episode, are probably meant to explain to us that Eve intends to remain Eve because Juliette would be too toxic to allow to come back into anyone's life, especially her own. It’s difficult for me to wrap my head around this idea that Juliette will never be able to take control of her life. That she’ll either be suppressed by this alter ego or be a raging, vengeful, woman scorned for the rest of her life.
Are viewers expected to assume that Juliette was so deeply suppressed during S5 that she didn’t experience from any of Eve’s interaction with the group and benefit from them? Is the assumption that part of the stick’s healing process was breaking free Eve’s emotions a misjudgment? That in reality, the stick compromised the only safeguard preventing the raging, vengeful, woman scorned Hexenbiest from resurfacing?
