I think it's interesting that the female characters of Grimm never really cultivated lifelong relationships. The show tried to put Adalind and Rosalee together. The two didn't have chemistry and after a short time, the two were never paired up again. There was never a friendship between Adalind and Eve, although Adalind apologized to her. Eve and Rosalee never developed a close friendship once Juliette became Eve. Trubel never established a close relationship with Adalind either. Diana didn't befriend anyone.
IMO the only exception and even it's a rather long shot, is Trubel and Eve. Trubel was close to Nick and Juliette. While HW was very interested in Juliette, it was Trubel who darted the crossbow so Juliette would not die. In essence she may have saved Juliette's life as it's a sure thing the scoobies would have hunted Juliette down if she managed to kill Nick.
I thought Trubel's actions in helping Eve in the tunnel were heroic. Of all of the characters, she stayed with Eve, who was severely injured. This despite, the possibility of being trapped and killed. It makes me think that of all of the female characters in Grimm, Eve and Trubel were the only ones who were the closest to developing a lifelong friendship.
