If Diana wants her family to be happy then she has to have them a part some of the time. Forcing parents to be together all the time would stop baby Kelly from seeing his dad or/and the parents including Kelly's dad from working. Sean has become a much better daddy having control over his schedule.
I see issues if Eve keeps sleeping in "her bed at the loft". Sean has business trips so where will Diana go then? Part of the reason Adalind watches baby Kelly at the loft at night so his dad can work a 24 by 7 job without knowing the hours. IMO Sean, Adalind and Nick do not want Nick's baby in Sean's bedroom.
IMO if Diana is angry at her parents, she could force them together wanting to partly hurt them and Kelly, but I do not see that as likely. IMO it is much more likely the big bad might be after Diana so later in the season her parents might be with her all the time but that will mean someone else will be watching defenseless baby Kelly all the time. Her parents will have to explain to her why that is not fair to Kelly in the long run.
Women characters do not have to be having sex with the lead to be important to the story.
It’s difficult to speculate with Diana because depending on what the story requires she’s a super power or wimp power. But considering her ability to read people, it makes sense that she picked up on Juliette’s feelings for Nick.
You’re right MlG, Diana has realized she can’t force her parents to be together and be happy, but she’s smart and calculating. If Diana picks up on Nick & Juliet’s revved up emotions after their kiss and Adalind’s upset over her fight with Juliette, she’ll have one of her mommy/daughter talks and innocently drop the bombshell to Adalind. And let the grownups do the rest.
