Sometimes you can get hints of where future story arcs are going from how the writers script a character in previous episodes, and in "Cry Havoc," Juliette is seen tending to Diana much like a surrogate maternal figure. Come to think of it, Diana is the only person Juliette doesn't harm, betray, or otherwise treat like crap in that particular story.
Personally I'm hoping they won't go in this direction, but seeing as how Juliette and Diana were both abducted by whatever organization Meisner belongs to, could the writers be setting up a mother/daughter relationship between the two? I don't see any genuine love developing in Juliette for Diana (that's something she'll always have with Nick, no matter how hard she tries to deny it), but she could keep Diana to herself solely for the purpose of seeking revenge on Adalind, who's presently living the life she and Nick should have had. This could also tie into the "power couple" idea other fans have suggested evolving between Juliette and Renard, thus creating a kind of twisted family unit that Nick and Adalind would have to take down for Portland's safety.
(Just for the record, I hate Diana. She's more of a plot tool than a legitimate character, and the sooner she's dispatched/written off the show, the better, IMHO.)
