In which season? During 1 and 2 not - or I missed that.
Season 3 ... IF I watch at all, I only watch one time, there's pretty much possible, especially for the last episodes as I only capping but not watching at all anymore.

I think, although I'm not positive, that it was in the episode where we were introduced to the Ziegvolk.
One of her questions; the one about are all weson murders in Portland, Weson related, has been discussed right here in this forum.
"We" decided that the non-weson related murders occur pretty much as always but the writers don't include those in the show. Each year we only see a few weeks out of Nicks life. However, someone went and found out the real number of murders in real Portland was something like 50 a year. So unless there has been a drastic increase since the show started, a lot of the murders in Portland are Weson related.

The bit about Oswald and Ruby is my extrapolation. But it is a good theory, isn't it?
